Twin Magnolia Plantation is an ideal location for small corporate gatherings, songwriting retreats, photography sessions, music video shoots, baby & wedding showers or team building workshops. If you are looking for a charming southern style location, off the beaten path and yet with easy access to Nashville, Franklin, Columbia, Dickson, Centervill Lyles/Bon-Aqua, Natchez Trace, etc., with everything you need from wifi to comfortable meeting areas, we’d love to share the Twin Magnolia with you.

Rates:

$700 for the full day (8-5) or $100 per hour for hourly use with a minimum of two hours. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the Twin Magnolia for meetings and events.


Additional fees may apply if you need the property for a longer period of time.
A $100 cleaning fee may be assessed.

Photography sessions $100 per hour for use of common area only

 

*Event attendees not staying at the Twin Magnolia do not have access to sleeping rooms
