• Rate includes breakfast. Breakfast is served 8:30-9:30 AM

• Reserving a room requires a minium payment of one night plus tax. Our cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel a reservation before that deadline you will only be charged for 1 night room rental per room as a cancelation fee. If you cancel after that deadline, you will be charged for the entire amount of your reservation regardless of the number of nights booked. 

• On weekends, a minimum two night stay is required. During holiday weekends and high volume season a three night minimum stay may be required.

• All rates may be subject to tax.

• Check in is available between 3-10pm. If you plan on arriving after 10pm, please be sure to contact us for special arrangements.

• Children over 12 are welcome with prior approval only.

• Smoking is permitted on the rear deck.
